Here you can purchase time slot tickets for the special exhibition “Tropical Butterflies”.”
Time slots can always be booked online 14 days in advance.

Important Information

During the special exhibition “Tropical Butterflies” (December 13, 2025 – March 8, 2026), we offer only time slot tickets. A limited number of tickets is also available on-site at the main ticket office — valid for the current day only.

Larger groups (9 people or more) are kindly asked to consult our information for private groups.

Your Tickets

• The time slot ticket is valid as a day ticket for the show greenhouses (9:00 am – 4:00 pm). Last admission: 3:30 pm.
• The selected time slot only regulates the entry time into the butterfly exhibition.
• Your stay inside the butterfly exhibition is not limited.
• With your ticket, you may visit all other greenhouse areas from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Payment & Conditions

• Accepted payment methods: American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded. Please consult our terms and conditions.

Admission

After purchase, you will receive your ticket as a PDF via email.
Please show it on your smartphone or as a printout:

1. at the entrance to the show greenhouses
2. at the entrance to the butterfly exhibition (entry only during your booked time slot)

Please expect short waiting times at the greenhouse entrance and before the butterfly exhibition.

Sample Ticket

On your ticket you will find the time slot, date, and start time:

• Time slot 11:00 am, admission window 60 minutes:
  → Entry to the butterfly exhibition between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm.
• Your time with the butterflies is not limited afterward.
• You may visit all other greenhouse areas from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm both before and after your time slot.
